Mission
The Mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to support research to find the cure for and prevention of arthritis and to improve the quality of life for those affected by arthritis.

- SERVICES
- Arthritis Aquatics
- This program is supervised
exercises in heated pools as a recreational program. This program is offered several times
a week.

- Rehabilitation Equipment

- Rehabilitation equitpment of a reusable nature is
loaned out, based on availability. (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers or crutches)

- Home assessments
- Home assessments can be done with an occupational therapist
making a home visit and making recommendations for modifications to the home environment to
make it more accessible and functional for those with arthritis.

- Self Help courses
- Self Help Courses are designed to help those with arthritis
manage on a day to day basis. It provides information on medication, exercise and joint protection.

- Support group programs
- Support Groups help people affected by arthritis cope
with their disease and maintain socialization.

- Speakers
- Speakers are available to clubs and organizations throughout the
Central Ohio area.
