Mission
At Life Center clients receive an individualized plan of daytime care in a well
supervised environment. Clients are able to socialize in a comfortable yet
stimulating atmosphere which offers social and therapeutic activities based
on individual interests and needs. Clients are helped to maintain maximum
functioning, health and wellness through nursing care and rehabilitative services.

- Caregiver Support Group
- The Alzheimer's Support Group meets the 1st Tuesday of every month and the Pickerington/Reynoldsburg Caregiver Support Group meets quarterly for alternate lunches & dinners
