Early Packet Pickup Information

  • Early packet pickup will be available on Friday, January 30 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Buckeye Lake Winery.
  • A warmup Winterfest Ice Jam Session will also be taking place during this time.
  • Participants may also pick up registration materials on Saturday, January 31 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

 

Grand Prize Raffle Basket

  • Be sure to check out our Grand Prize Raffle Basket, featuring generous donations from local businesses and organizations.
  • The basket value is currently $500.

Sponsorship Levels:

 

  • Presenting Polar Bear Sponsor – Lead the Pack -$3,000: includes a group of 8 jumpers on the day of the event, logo on all marketing material, on website and social media, t-shirts as well as promoted on the day of as the presenting sponsor. Opportunity to display your business banner on the band stage and dock. A reserved table for 8 on day of event.

 

  • Snow Leopard – Powerful & Rare - $2,000: includes a group of 6 jumpers on the day of the event, logo on all marketing material, social media, and t-shirts as well as promoted on the day of the event.  Opportunity to display your business banner on the changing tents and dock. A reserved table for 6 on day of event.

 

  • Emperor Penguin Sponsor - Royal Support for the Plunge - $1,000: includes 4 jumpers, logo on all marketing material, social media, and t-shirts as well as promoted on the day of the event. Opportunity to display your business banner on the dock.

 

  • Reindeer Sponsor - Steadfast Support - $500: includes 2 jumpers, logo on all marketing material, social media as well as promoted on the day of the event. Business name only on t-shirt.

  • Knee High - $20 – donation/non-jumper – receives a t-shirt
  • Waist Deep - $30 - jumper – NO Shirt
  • Shivering Shoulders - $40 – Jumper – receives a t-shirt
  • Frozen Four - $120 – team of 4 jumpers – all four receives a t-shirt
